Hi, thank you so much for visiting Eatandrink2heal. My name is Comfort Igwilo. I am a Nigerian and Italian citizen. A herbal physician (herbalist/alternative medicine healer), nutrition, metabolism and longevity researcher.

I spent the last 16 years of my life doing research on cancer, nutrition, metabolism, longevity and other deadly diseases. I decided to do this research to heal my body of four incurable illnesses (cancer, high blood pressure, radiculopathy and essential thrombocythemia). 

Thanks to this research, today I'm a proud herbal physician, nutritionist and a holistic chef.

My dream is to heal the human body, to minimize suffering of all sentient beings and to teach people how to eat healthy. Seeing so many people dying of cancer and other diseases breaks my heart. ''Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the number 1 cause of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year. And every sixth death in the world is due to cancer, making it the second leading cause of death – second only to cardiovascular diseases.'' (World health organization).

I am here in order to share my knowledge and to improve the health of everyone who is interested in healthy living and living longer through healthy plant based foods and herbal beverages.

After 16 years of research on nutrition, metabolism, cancer and other deadly diseases, I can testify that plant based foods and herbal beverages are our best medicines. And that plant-based foods and herbal beverages can treat all human diseases and aging.

With my freshly cooked plant based (alkaline) meals and avoidance of animal products, processed foods, alcohol and caffeine, I have successfully alleviated suffering I experienced as a result of several health issues (blood-stomach cancer, radiculopathy, high blood pressure, allergies and herniated disk). I was a slave to medicines (15 medications per day).

Thanks to plant based (alkaline) diet and herbal drinks, today, I'm free from deadly illnesses and medications. You too can be free from all illnesses and medications today!
